Yellow Grass

OK..last week I was asking about brown spots in the middle of my front lawn. Now I noticed some blades turning yellow in the southwest and west side of my front lawn.
There is one spot right in the southeast corner and another is on the west border of my lawn. These two spots are no larger than maybe 16 square inches in area, but I’m afraid they might spread since they weren’t there on Friday when I mowed last.
I should mention that these two areas abut my neighbor’s driveway, and they sometimes end up driving on my lawn (I wish I could teach these people how to back out of a driveway in a straight line), but when they park in the driveway they never actually park on the grass.
I live in the Northeast suburbs of Detroit, just for locale info, and I think the grass is a fescue/rye/bluegrass mix.
