Winrock Grass Farm experiences?

I am thinking of ordering from Winrock Grass Farm http://winrockgrassfarm.liveonatt.com/home.nxg

3 of the golf courses they have listed Springhouse, Legends, and Governors Club are all near my house. I can attest even through the extreme drought and 105 deg days they all look great. Obviously I dont have the resources and the time they do to take care of grass. I am gathering they are a better company with a better product than zoysiafarms. Has anyone ordered from Winrock Grass Farm? I was thinking about the Z-Net.
