When to Turf Build Bermuda

I just sprayed my lawn with Scott’s turf builder in liquid form about 2-3 months ago but later learned that the bag was better. Is it too soon or the wrong time of year to apply the Scotts Turf Builder Plus 2 Weed Control Lawn Fertilizer with thw Water Smart? Help!!!
