What variety of Bermuda to use

I live in Dallas, TX. I currently have a pretty bad looking yard. It is a mix of At. Augustine & Bermuda and a lot of weeds. I have decided to clear it all up with Roundup, till it and reseed it with Bermuda. I cannot afford to sod it. I have a couple of bradford pears & an oak tree which are mature but I do get a fair amount of sun as my yard faces the south west. Question is what is the best variety of Bermuda to use and the hopefully the source as well.
Thanks for all your help.
