What to use to restore browning grass

Hello,

I have St. Augustine Floratam in central florida. i have some brown spots, i treated aggressively the past month or two for chinch bugs.

now that summer is finally ending what type of fertilizer or turf builder should i use for best results?

First, rake up any dead grass. St Augustine does not like growing over dead grass.

Fertilizer: sort of depends upon your lawn needs. I like the Lesco 16-X-X with 1% iron and micronutrients. This is slow release, and helps take care of any missing nutrients.
