what the hell can i plant in my little yard

i live in miami florida, first off, and the soli here stinks i have some shady areas due to palm trees and plants. some one told me about floritam and how good and sturdy it is. i don’t seem to get a straight answer frm anyone plus, and no one tell me to ge rid of the dog, i have a dog about 37 lbs not too big. she doesn’t dig and my grass was like that before i got the dog. now can nyone help me this is the second time i’ve e-mailed y’all… thansk

why don’t you take a look at seashore paspalum? its a really sturdy grass with medium shade tolerance and a great dark green color.
