what is the best grass for San Diego

I live in Vista, California and am looking into the best sod to install for my yard. I have a toddler and a medium sized outdoor pet. I have been told Bermuda or tall fescue, however there seems to be more work involved with the Bermuda that I dont have time for. Any suggestions for a great all year round green low maintenance grass for my area?

i will look into your temps for a more accurate choice- socal has alot of “microclimates” due to its enormous size. i’ve seen alot of tall fescue in orange county for example, but also alot of bluegrass in the west end.
