What kind of fertilizer should I be using? Should I be putting down lime or aerating? What do the above results tell me I need to do?

you don’t need lime.
your P and K look fairly decent. your pH is a bit on the high side, so you could actually stand to apply some ammonium sulfate when you think you need some nitrogen.

Sulphur is used to lower pH (and zoysia prefers pH of 6-7). If you chose to add sulphur just add a small amount – water and wait and test your pH again. Too much sulphur will kill and changing pH too fast will shock the grass. Go slow and add a little every few weeks until you get the pH proper.
