Weeds In Quickstand Bermuda

I am located in the St. Louis area. I have several Quickstand Bermuda athletic fields that have Goosegrass and Timothy weeds in them. What is the safest product to use in controlling them this time of year with the heat and the fact that they are being used for games right now. (Looking to not stress the appearance of the Bermuda.) Also do you recommend the overseeding of rye in these fields and what type. I have heard many opinions on this topic. Thanks, Buddy
