St. Augustine Problem

I had a great green front lawn that is now starting to turn brown. I noticed that the blades of st. augustine that are just starting to turn all look the the two pictures below. They all have a section of tan about midway up the leaf. Any ideas?

That looks like Gray Leaf Spot, but not 100% sure. I would make an educated guess to say I am almost certain it is some type fungal infection, but it is important to know which fungus you are dealing with.
