St. Augustine – Orlando, Fl.

I have damaged St. Augustine in my front yard in patches from Winter frost… Most of the front yard is Green St. Augustine, except for a 160 sq ft of grass that appears to have frost damage… What do you recommend?
Also, it appears my St. Augustine grass is in clumps with brown patches in between the clumps in another part of yard…rather spongy. Recommendations; should I irrate and throw some sand down to build up the soil…. Again, need recommendations…
Thanks.
I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
