Selection of Grass for a New Lawn

I have great success with tif328 for the last twenty years. I have a lot of shade creeping in and want to put in another grass that I can keep short and had most of the good traits of tif. Just need something that will do well in the shade. I’m in Fort Worth. Any advice will be we***************@*****il.com
