Seeking advice for shaded portions of lawn

I am seeking the forums advice on a particular issue that I find myself dealing with at a new to me home.
This home has a fairly well established Bermuda lawn that is in relatively good health. There are two areas of exception both of which do not see full sun for more than 2 hours each day during the spring/summer months. The result of the shade is obviously a very weak growth and an overexposure of soil.
What would be the best approach to mixing turf grass types for shaded coverage? If that is not the correct direction please make a suggestion.
