Scott’s Lawn Service

I had an Ultima Flora Zoysia lawn installed (sod) this past February. I have faithfully watered my lawn and have utilized Scott’s Lawn Service.
Unfortunately, my yard looks terrible and is full of weeds. The grass appears dry as if we had a drought, which we have not. In fact, we’ve had plenty of rain.
I wonder what is wrong with my grass. Is it possible Scott’s Lawn Service is doing it wrong? Is it possible they’re putting something on my yard that is causing my grass to do so poorly? I’ll certainly be asking them these questions but I presume they’ll pass the buck, etc. We’ll see.
Thanks in advance for any feedback you can give me.

Ask the lawn service why the lawn looks the way it does, and then post their response here on this forum.

I second that.
