Reel mower: walk-behind or pull?

The estate I work at has just installed 20,000 sq ft of Bermuda, and we want to buy a reel mower. I like the thought of the 3-gang or 5-gang ground-driven ones that you pull behind a lawn tractor, and wonder if there are opinions out there? I guess a self-propelled walk behind will certainly work, but I’m trying to save a little time.
Thank you-

I would try to find a triplex mower. A Jacobsen triking or a John Deere 2653. Try a golf course equipment dealer and see what they have used or trade in. Hook up with your local golf course guys for sharpening and enjoy the stripping and the quality of cut.
