Redo burmada lawn with 419…NC

I currently have a course burmuda lawn. I would like to have a 419 lawn as I had for 20 yrs in TX. I could not get 419 when I built the house in 1999. My question is, can I plug my current lawn with 419 and will it take over the current burmuda that I have in the lawn.

north carolina is a long way from texas- don’t recommend bermuda that far north although i’m sure you’ll find some around…

At first glance, I thought you wrote “golf course” bermuda but it just says “course”. I can figure out what the differnce might be in that case.
I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
