Purchase Empire Zoysia in Central FLA?

I have called a few farms, and been told that The Villages (a giant retirement community for those not familiar) is buying up ALL of the Empire Zoysia sod in the area. Does anyone know of a grower with sod still in stock? We’re ready to go on about a 6000 sqft lawn, and we’re going to use Empire.

Just wondering if you have found any sod and planted it? I have a yard with lots of weeds and little else in St. Pete, FL.

I would love to know more about your experience (if any) with the Zoysia.
