Preemergent herbicide

I am in Corpus Christi, and plan on putting out Pendulum 2G herbicide out soon. What are the optimum times to do so? Oct & Jan ???

what kind weed are you going after? there’s alot of products more effective than pendulum, but to answer your question, your timing sounds about right
