Poa Annua in Bermuda

I have a lawn that is 2 years old. This spring the Poa Annua took over my yard. What can I do to rid my yard of this ugly mess and to prevent it from coming back. I live in Montgomery, AL.

When warm weather sets in it will just die and, when you hit it with the mower, likely go flying out as a clump, roots and all.
Consider some pre emergent next fall/winter/spring to aviod this problem in the future.
