newly seeded zoysia and weeds

I seeded some Companion Zoysia in early June 2005. Although I pre treated with Round Up before I tilled some annual grass weeds are growing with the young zoysia seedlings. Would the zoysia be killed if I would spot treat with say 2 4D. Or if someone could suggest another weed killer which may work.
