I have been told by my local office to not go with my original plans. I have been told to till the compacted soil and then apply Soil Conditioner, Lime and Gypsum and then apply Zoysia, Centipeed or Bermuda seed. My question now is should I still apply the starter fertilizer after I have added all of this to the soil?
