I am getting ready to re-grade a small backyard (approx. 2000 sq ft) after a home renovation and addition and establish a new lawn.
I am going with Fescue as the small yard is covered by a canopy of trees so it gets very little direct sunlight.
I am just starting my education on the ins and outs of Fescue as I have had Bermuda lawns up until now.
Any advice and lessons learned reagrding type of fescue, things to be aware of for estbalsihing a new lawn (I am soding), care and maintenance would dbe appreciated.
