Should you bag the clippings of St. Augustine while mowing or is a mulching mower OK?

You want to always mulch for the organic benefits, much less the issue of filling up our landfills. Of course, clippings makes a really nice mulching mat for your vegetable garden too. It forms a dense mat that really cuts down on weeds and retains moisture unlike hay which is porous and must be laid really thick to be of any real benefit.
