I had a beautiful lawn two years ago,but now it is very dull in colour and got brown patches in some areas the name of the grass is buffalo st91 I think. please help me I lost hope in my lawn and don’t know what to do any more .

Buffalo is possibly the worst fraud ever turned loose into the turf world. The only way to recover is to treat it like a normal turf grass. That means you have to water it regularly, fertilize it, and mow it. Even if you do all that, the best you can hope for is a mix of buff and weeds.
If you throw a piece of St Augustine sod out there with the buff, you will have a nice St Aug turf in a couple years.
I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
