HOW CAN I KILL THE ST. AUGISTINE AND NOT MY BERMUDA THAT THE ST. AUGISTINE FROM THE NEIGHBORS YARD IS INVADING?

St Augustine is the dominant grass. Sorry. Even if you mow your bermuda at 1/2 inch high, the St Aug will adapt and still be a weed for you.
On the other side of the fence, your neighbors are not bothered by your bermuda at all, are they? St Aug dominates every time.
I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
