How do YOU Fertilize your Zoysia?

Just out of curiosity, how does everyone on here maintain their Zoysia as far as fertilizing is concerned?

Alfalfa pellets. No real schedule though. I have never seen my lawn react to anything like it does to these pellets.

any pics you can share. I dont think were going to have a winter here in FL at this point. Should I throw it down on March 1

I should just ask for these at a feed store? I know Home Depot doesnt sell them

Zoysia Fertlizing- First I always pull soil test. Zoysia’s should never be feed until they are 100% out of dormancy. I would only use between 1-2 lbs. of N in a growing season. They respond real well to straight iron for color, rather than more N. Also if growing in the north I would also use a preventive Fungicide at or before green up and again at the end of the season. We put it to sleep with a 0-0-62 app in October in VA.
