Horse jumping feild

I am building a grass horse jumping field. The surface has to take the same usage as a polo field. I live in Victoria BC which is very rainy but very rarely freezes. Any suggestions?

I checked the mean temp for your area (22 degrees Celcius – 72 degrees Farenheit). Bermuda is a tropical plant by nature and in the region that we grow and produce bermudagrass seed mean temps in July/Aug are approx. 84 degrees F.
There are high quality winter tollerant sports turf products ei. Riviera that might fit your needs.
Does any one in your area grow Bermudagrass? Do the soil temperatures get above 65 degrees F in your region.
