How do you get rid of current grass where you can start all over?

I used round-up initally. When all the current grass turns brown, till the yard with a roto-tiller and rake out all the clumps and any remaining grass that is green. This worked well for me.

Find a landscape contractor that has a Harley Power Box rake. In short order he can get rid of your old grass, till the soil and create the perfect seedbed.

Long day…forgot to mention that once the Harley Power Box Rake has done it’s thing, you are now ready for hydromulching of your favorite “seedable” grass or sod. No joke, the Harley PB Rake can fix you right up.

If all else fails, give me a call and I’ll come over and walk through your yard. That seems to be an effective “killing technique” at my house.
