Help me please

Can somebody tell me what type of grass or weed this is and how to get rid of it. Any help would be appreciate it, i have lawn service company but they want me to pay them 200$ to get rid of this.

It looks like a common perennial rye type. Since it grows taller than the surrounding bermuda, you can rub ‘Roundup’ on the leaves without touching the bermuda below. Some places sell a wick type device for that purpose……or if you can’t find a wick, you can rub the rye plants with a roundup soaked cloth. Just make sure its not dripping, because you will have dead spots where ever it drips.
I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
