Gray powder material in my grass

I have recently seen several spots on my grass with a shade of gray. When I went to look closer I notices that a material was all over the blades of grass and a powder like material would come out of the grass once I stepped on it. Anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

Thanks for the help! that is exactly what I have. No I am just upset because I put the weed b gone down and have lost half my yard!
