is rebel turf a good grass seed? i am planting for first time.

I just did some overseeding as well as seeding new area with rebel and am *extremely* happy with their seed. I used the turf type tall fescue and the grass was about 1/2 inch tall in less than 1 week. The germination seems to occur at least twice as fast as Pennington seed (granted I’ve only used Pennington a few times).
