Grass in North Florida

Anyone have any suggestions for grass in North Florida? Our backyard is somewhat shaded and moist. We tried the standard St. Augustine and the Palmetto, but had poor results with both. Is there anything else we can try?

be sure that you have Palmetto. Some suppliers are passing floratam bitter blue or seville as plametto. Delmar would be your only other option. However they all need filtered sun to survive and the wet areas will promote root damage and weed production.
