flooded my p. rye

I may have made a rookie mistake by not double checking my timer after the power went off recently. I HAD a very nice winter rye coming in and it was cut to about 1″. Really nice looking, and now its flooded. Its forcasted to be in the mid-40’s for the week, is this going to kill my grass? Any suggestions???
