Fertilizer for Delma?

I live in suburban Atlanta and sodded last year with Delmar. I was planning to use the Scott’s annual lawncare plan, but wonder if anyone has ideas for a better option.

Sure, if it works that’d be great. I do have some weeds popping up and I found something I think might be a chinch bug. (I’m not sure on the chinch thing … still trying to figure it out.)
