fertilizer / empire zoysia

I have empire zoysia and it is now dec. what is the best fertilzer for the the fall & winter to put down?? new to this crazy soil in florida can I also put down Lime now to help the so called soil thanks

I wouldn’t put down any lime unless you’ve had your soil tested and the ph is too acidic for Zoysia.

Normally in the winter there’s no need for any fert since the grass isn’t really growing although I did throw out some alfalfa the other day 😛
