Drought Resistant Varieties

I live in Rehoboth Massachusetts-This is located halfway between Boston and NYC.I have lawn of mixed varieties mostly Perrennial Rye and Fine Fescue. Next weekend I plan to core aerate (verticlly and horizontally) and overseed. The 1+ acres of lawn are 98% sunny. Water is near impossible, what would you reccommend I use to overseed the lawn with.
