interested in resoding with drought resistant grass. Have had too much trouble with St. Augustine. Willing to mow weekly with no problem. Really don’t want to install sprinkler system. Live in jacksonville Fl. Any recommendations?

little more maintenance if you wanna give seashore paspalum a try as well, good drought resistance

Paspalum and Bermuda will require a lot more maintenance in the Florida climate. Best bet for appearance and functionality would be a zoysia.

Bermuda, Paspalum, and Zoysia require water more than Centipede would. Centipede is a set it and forget it grass, and it can be easily propagated from seed.
