Confusion, please advise.

Fescue sod laid at the end of March, noticed some brown patches about a month ago. Upon closer inspection today, I noticed that in or around these patches are small pellets that look like feces. Thease are all over my yard, probably hundreds of patches.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a small animal( rabbit maybe). Get some animal repellent (at your garden center) and sprinkle it around the entire outside edge of the lawn.

The reason I didn’t think they were from small animals was because they’re everywhere, and I mean everywhere.
