Centipede sod farm in Texas

I recently Inherited acreage and I’m contemplating starting a sod farm. I have not seen a plethora of centipede sod farms in Texas and see an opportunity to do so. What are the down sides of this potential sod business?
Second, is anyone familiar with the term turtle backing? I have Raw and open land (grazing) that seems ideal for sod. How difficult is it to start sod on it assuming irrigation is in place?
Third, what are the bare essentials (equipment) to start the grass assuming I’m in the crawl before you walk stage!!! Thanks
