Burmuda and wild in some El-Toro

I am helping take care of my neighbors yard while he is in Afganistan. There is some El-toro that was plugged, is strting to run, but also some “wold grass” and some burmuda. that I am seeing pop up as well.. Any ideas on how to deal with the other 2 ? So far, I am just keeping it short (as supposed to with El-toro) and spot treating the areas I can get to…

depending where you are at, at this time you are wasting time and money trying to kill the bermuda with roundup type products. It is likely near dormancy and the system killing action of the round up is not very effective during the cold months.
