My grass is turning brown and yellow. Patches of dirt are showing thru.Watering doesn’t make it any better. The soil is beginning to look like an industrial wasteland(devoid of life)…the water is even starting to float on top in places. When I water broen bugs that look like roaches w/ out antenae scurry like ants…there are tons of them…I think they may be the reason. If anyone knows, please help….disease? bugs? what is killing my yard?

Natas6, how big are the brown bugs? They don’t sound like a turf pest.
