Bermuda vs Zoysia

My builder put bermuda sod in my front yard when my house was built over two years ago. I paid for zoysia so I had him tear out the bermuda and replant zoysia sod. Some of the bermuda took root and has been growing through the zoysia sod. I want to keep the zoysia and kill the bermuda. It has been two years and the zoysia does not seem to choke out the bermuda. I have my lawn treated by a company. Does anyone have any ideas?
