My bermuda is not getting enough sun and has been gradually thinning over the years. I want to switch over to fescue. What is the easiest and cheapest way to get rid of the bermuda and replace it with fescue?

Good luck on getting rid of the Bermuda I did it this spring and it’s already coming back. I would like to know how to get rid of it in fescue. I am going to try Ornamec or Acclaim but would like to know what it will do to the fescue.
