Bermuda to Centipede…..

I have about half of my front lawn as Bermuda sod, the rest of hydroseeded and Im not sure what was used. I am having trouble with the Bermuda dying out due to shaded areas.. I am also about to seed my back yard and it has alot of big oak trees and this causes alot of shaded areas. I am wondering if I was to seed Centipede, will it kiil off my Bermuda. I want the yard to eventually be all one type of grass. I have to use warm-season grass since I live in the south…. Any help would be appreciated…
