Bermuda grass San Francisco

Greetings from foggy SF. An hour from SF we have a lawn that is 90% bluegrass and 10% fescue. Lawn is mowed weekly, automatic sprinkler system, kept in good shape by professional gardener. Temp for the next month or so 50-60F, gets hot in June. This is the rainy season.
Patches of bermuda grass blown from neighbors’ lawns.
We don’t want to kill the fescue, so a non-selective weedkiller is out. Has anyone had experience with Acclaim or Fusillade in a similar situation and how did you mix it? Did it kill the fescue? If so we won’t use it. Lawn was not seeded but laid in strips. Would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
