Bermuda Grass Not Looking Healthy?

We planted Bermuda Celebration sod on April 20th, it seems to be doing O.K. but I’m concerned that it thinned out in the first few weeks and since then hasn’t gotten very full and lush. I water twice a week for half an hour at a time. The watering cycle covers the lawn with a little over 1/2” a week. We fertilized 2 weeks ago for the first time (I forgot the exact number count, but it was high Nitrogen, and low everything else). I keep it cut it at about 1.5”.
Here’s some photos. From a distance, it looks pretty good, but from top down it seems kinda thin and not fully green.
Is my lawn healthy? Or what can I do to improve it?

The turf is mowed short and often at the sod farm……so the present higher cut is going to give the lawn a more open look. Sounds like you may have to add one more water day too.
