Bermuda gone bad
jrr – posted 11 August 2002 10:42
Please help. Facts: Bermuda Tiff in Southern MS, 4 weeks of heavy rain, 100% humidity, army worms. Finally was able to mow after 2 weeks, sprayed Talstar for army worms, now grass is looking dormant. Possibly due to cutting off too much in the last mow? Or has the lack of sunshine/so much rain ruined the grass. Normally the lawn is plush green. What do I do next? Thanks.

I just had my entire yard resodded with hybrid bermuda. At the end of the second week, it turned brown overnight. I had it treated the next day and killed thousands and thousands of army worms. Will my yard come back, or is it lost?
