As a sports turf construction company in Florida we’ve had experience with this quite a bit. We’ve had a lot of companies switch to other types of grass or artificial turf for exactly the reasons you had mentioned above. Let me know if you have any questions

I have 5 large dogs. I was going to sow bermudagrass but I’m told that there are different types. What type would you suggest, or would Zoysia work better?

I’ve read on this forum that Arm and Hammer soap powder will kill carpet grass. I would like to know if it will also kill the rest of my grass. Carpet grass has taken over and I want to spray to solution all over. Please help!

We’ve been considering options to replace a lawn that died over the summer this year.
