Will be putting zoysia sod down soon but my soil ph is 5.2. Need to apply lime but wondering if I should apply lime to soil before putting down the sod or wait and apply after sod goes down?

Yes, definitely before. And I’d lay down a starter fertilizer into the soil prior to laying the sod. Slow release…..

I had soil test done and it said 13-13-13 beginning mid summer. What do you suggest for starter fertilizer?
