I live in jacksonville, Florida. Will I have any luck seeding my yard with zenith zoysia and what kind of problems will I have.

Perfect area to grow Zoysia. In your area it will propably stay brown for a month or two at the most.
Try the Companion Zoysia seed, it germinates MUCH quicker than Zenith, and is also darker green in color.
